How do I schedule an appointment?

How long does each appointment take?
New Patient Evaluations - 1 hour
Daily Visits - Between 15-30 minutes.
How much does chiropractic care cost?
Care plans are customized to each client and the issue(s) they are dealing with. New Patient Evaluations are $120 and Follow-up Visits range from $50-$70. For a better understanding of the overall cost of your care please reach out of our office via text, call or email.
How long will I need to receive chiropractic care?
Each individual's circumstance is unique and no two individuals will have the same duration of care. Therefore, it is best to speak with your chiropractor during your initial evaluation to determine an estimated frequency and duration of your care.
What is your new patient procedure?
New patients must call, text or email our office to schedule a new patient evaluation with our chiropractor. Before their first visit each patient will fill out our intake paperwork. This can be done via online forms. If you wish to fill out paperwork in office, please arrive 20 minutes before your set appointment time. During your new patient visit you and our chiropractor will discuss your prior and current medical history, and perform a chiropractic analysis, followed by an adjustment if deemed necessary.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No, a doctor's referral is not necessary to receive chiropractic care at our office.
What types of health insurance do you accept?
Cuda Chiropractic is a cash only practice and does not accept insurance. However, we can provide you with a super-bill to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement (based on your insurance coverage).
What types of payments do you accept besides cash?
Cuda Chiropractic is able to accept: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and HSA benefit cards. However, there is a 3% processing fee for any payment made with a card.
